Abstract

The integration of Indigenous knowledge into global knowledge management frameworks is a key to ensuring sustainable futures. Indigenous knowledge is deeply grounded in local cultures and traditions, offers invaluable insights into ecology, governance, and community living. This paper explores the importance of a holistic approach to knowledge management that incorporates traditional wisdom and enriching global practices with time- honored insights. Qualitative multiple case study with document analysis used for this study. The study underscores the importance of indigenous knowledge management in addressing modern challenges such as sustainability, environmental management, and social equity.
